Operations and Maintenance Graduate: £20400 -  £25000 dependant on experience

What is the purpose of the Operations and Maintenance Graduate?
 
To join the expanding team in Operations and Maintenance.
 
What will you do as the Operations and Maintenance Graduate?
  • Reviewing and monitoring all asset managed renewable energy sites, via online portals
  • Reviewing site inspection reports and providing feedback on solutions 
  • Collating data on sites and relevant obligations for scheduling purposes 
  • Creating client reports following engineer inspections
  • Providing feedback on site performance to make improvements to ongoing operation 
  • Liaising with clients, DNOs and external consultants 
  • Be solution focused and goal oriented.
  • Liaising with O&M team and providing updates on works carried out by engineers 
  • Liaising with landowners and clients to provide access to carry out works
What experience and qualifications will the  Operations and Maintenance Graduate have?
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience of working on commercial PV systems
  • Methodical, accurate and process focused approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills – internally & externally
  • Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental or associated area 
  • Methodical, accurate and process focused approach 
  • Excelled report-writing skills 
  • Proficiency with Excel 
  • Driving License
  • Renewable energy industry knowledge and experience. preferred
  • CAD experience a benefit
What will the Electrical Operations and Maintenance Engineer get in return?
  • Salary of £204000 - £25000 dependant on experience
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (25 after 2 years)
