Our Client is a well establish company in the metal engineering who needs temporary staff to cope with additional business.
What is the role of the Production Operative?
You will make sure that all metal sheet been punched and separated properly.
What are the responsibility of the Production Operative?

What are the responsibility of the Production Operative?
- Operate punch press machines to cut, shape and form metal
- Load materials into the machine and adjust to ensure accurate cutting and forming
- Monitor machine during operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
- Experience in a factory environment
- Especially if worked with metal
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Flexibility is essential
- £11.44 per hour
- Monday to Thursday working 7.30am to 4.30pm - Friday 7.30am to 2pm
- Opportunity to do overtime
- Parking on site
