Part time hours 18 hours a week across three days (poss peak at 24 hours if required)

(Flexi on days and hours as long as across three days)

£10 - £12:50 per hour

A leading activities centre based in North Devon who pride themselves on delivering a first class experience in learning various outdoor activities.

What is the purpose of the Office Administrator?

This is a new role that has been created to assist the owner of the business to be able to focus on the development of the company. You will be responsible for the general administration duties to include bookings, liaising with exterior parties and ensuring a covid secure environment for all.

What will the  Administrator do?

• General administration duties
• Work alongside the manager on booking enquiries and dealing with group bookings
 All administration of customers coming to the centre
• Ensure the office system if fully functional wit procedures in place to ensure smooth running when not in the office.
• Work alongside other parts of the business to ensure covid policies are written up and followed
• Have a lot of communication with the manager and the customers to ensure full satisfaction for their events.

What skills and experience will the Office Administrator have?
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excell and outlook.
• Ability to research and keep procedures up to date in line with government rulings.
• Ability to write up SOP’s for the business so that on the days you are not there it is easy for people carry on.
• Used to dealing with customers on the phone on enquiries and bookings.
• Be able to monitor information for renewal ie DBS checks on staff and any other regulatory paperwork
• A degree on flexibility peak hours could be up to 24 hours in the week.
• Ability to work both at home and the main office as government regulations dictate.
