Cooper Golding are working alongside a Manufacturing business based in Torrington.

 

What is the purpose of the role Production Operative?

To ensure the smooth running of machines and ensure all products are made to a high quality. Working on a shift pattern of 7:30 – 15:30 / 15:30 – 23:30. Or a night shift 23:30 - 7:30

 

What will you do as the Production Operative?

  • Assembly of Products
  • Quality control
  • Machine Operating

 

What skills and experience will you have for the Production Operative role?

  • Knowledge of a manufacturing environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and be able to work well within a team

  • 28 days Increasing to 33 days after 12 weeks
