Our well-established manufacturing client in Barnstaple is seeking an experienced production operative to join their team on the shop floor.

About the role of Production Operative:
You will be supporting the machine operators by loading the machines with material, wrapping and packing. You will be expected to adhere to Food Safety standards and policies.

- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 1:55 pm - 11:55 pm
- Location: Barnstaple

- Loading material in the machines
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of production targets
- Adherence to Health & Safety regulations
- Adhere to Manual Handling standards
- Previous experience working in a factory environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Desire to progress
- Able to carry and move up to 25kg
