Windermere
Fulltime Hours Available to work 4 late shifts Mon-Thurs per week on a 9-week rotation and one Saturday on an 8-week rotation

Their team is key to its continued success and as part of this, they're seeking customer services advisors to their existing team in North Devon.
What is the purpose of the Property Advisor role?
To be responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries and scheduling appointments for the New Business team, with the core objective to drive property growth in the Lake District and a keen focus on quality of service from the first point of contact with new enquiries. Have the ability to meet new owners face to face and communicate the companies owner proposition confidently, effectively and persuasively.
Understand business objectives and KPI’s, perform tasks effectively and efficiently and to the best of their ability. Service Level agreements. The role is results driven with the aim of achieving and exceeding targets. The role will be based in the Windermere office.
 
 
 What skills with the Property Advisors require?
  • Sales experience
  • Experience of working on the telephone and cold calling
  • Motivated and able to show initiative and work with the minimum of supervision • A team player who is able to foster professional relationships with colleagues, both in the office and with those based remotely
  • Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence people
  • Good IT skills and ability to proficiently use relevant applications and databases including Microsoft applications and Google Maps
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Ability to follow processes clearly and efficiently
  • Target driven • Ability to deal with difficult customers
  • Available to work 4 late shifts Mon-Thurs per week on a 9-week rotation and one Saturday on an 8-week rotation
  • The role will be primarily based in the Windermere office.
Desirable but not essential:
 
  • Knowledge of the holiday letting industry
  • Experience of Traveller and/or Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Thorough geographical knowledge, including popular tourist attractions in Cumbria
  • Sound knowledge of telephone systems
  • Ability to be able to memorise relevant statistics and key features
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Sound knowledge of the company including terms and conditions of engagement, being conversant with the website including white label sites, and understanding how different departments function
