What will the Relationship Managers responsibilities be?
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain robust relationships between clients and the organisation.
- Drive performance improvements based on measurable KPIs, focusing on operational excellence.
- Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing communication and processes, both internally and externally.
- Provide comprehensive KPI reporting and support data entry for the Relationship Managers and Business Manager.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself, colleagues and external/internal sub-contractors.
What will the Relationship Manager do?
- Manage order administration and sales order processing.
- Project manage delivery of work, ensuring a precise and methodical approach is adhered to with the customer always coming first
- Handle input data and ensure delivery is on time and within agreed standards
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Proven ability to accurately enter data into inhouse databases.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong mathematical and English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in a manufacturing/food/professional services environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive experience in change management.
- Familiarity with data base systems and their application in business management.
