What is the purpose of the Senior Post Export Compliance Co-Ordinator?
The main purpose of the role is to assist in providing a comprehensive documentary audit/compliThance service to the Group; predominately for export shipments. This position is a non-operational highly administrative position.

What is the purpose of the Senior Post Export Compliance Co-Ordinator?
The main purpose of the role is to assist in providing a comprehensive documentary audit/compliThance service to the Group; predominately for export shipments. This position is a non-operational highly administrative position.
What will be the responsibilities of the Senior Post Export Compliance Co-Ordinator?
- Duties include all aspects of post-documentation checking and compliance
- Overseeing VAT zero rating evidence through to checking foreign import entries for shipments made on DDP terms and the follow up to resolution of all non-compliant evidence.
- Working in a time sensitive environment whilst juggling large volumes of documents.
- Be able to liaise with 3PL transport providers/brokers both in the UK and Europe to manage the relevant import/export documentation support post movement
- This is a busy hands-on role requiring excellent organisational; IT and communication skills whilst also requiring a high degree of export knowledge and attention to detail.
- A thorough and detailed understanding/background; coupled with previous experience of working in a similar role; together with demonstrable knowledge of current Customs regulations is vital and a pre-requisite for this position.
