OK, let's be honest, most recruitment companies talk a similar language, after all, there are only so many variations on a theme. In simple terms, we all try and connect people with jobs, but as we all know there are different ways to go about this.  So we spent some time asking ourselves, our candidates and our clients how we are different and came up with our top 5 responses.

We do the basics well.  We have developed processes that work.  This makes not only our jobs easier, but it also makes the candidates' and clients' lives easier too.  If we say we'll do something, we'll do it.  We also recognise just how frustrating it can be not to be kept in the loop about a job role or candidate.  We commit to making sure that we communicate with you, even if there are no updates to share. As basic as it sounds, this is something our candidates and clients tell us that they are most grateful for.

Commitment to Service Excellence. Most companies, regardless of sector 'talk a good game' around service delivery and how important it is.  As we all know, however, the reality is often different.  At Cooper Golding, the team are genuinely focused on trying to deliver industry-leading levels of candidate and client service.  This is re-enforced when taking feedback from candidates and clients alike and this feedback is ultimately one of our key measures of success.
