Hours: 37.5 hr week – current working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid meal break, Friday 9am – 3pm

They help professional services and technology clients to grow their business. They do this through high quality, specialist business development and lead generation.
What is the purpose of the Account Manager?
To create high quality appointments across a range of client accounts and to encourage repeat business by providing first class service.
What will be the responsibilities of the Account Manager?
  • Telephone based lead generation, arranging appointments for our clients
  • Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
  • Establishing relationships with decision maker prospects in target organisations
  • Maintaining required call rate per project.
  • Monitoring quality of calls to ensure appointment is viable
  • Production of comprehensive and contemporaneous notes for clients to support each appointment.
What skills and experience will the Account Manager have?
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrable IT competency and ability to use multiple internal systems
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise workloads
