What is the purpose of the Team Leader role?

Day to day running of the assembly and test department. Ensuring the manufacturing of valve products in accordance to standard operating procedures and customer requirements.

 

What will you do as the Team Leader?

  • Team Performance monitoring
  • Co-ordinate the team
  • Health and Safety
  • Quality:- 5S
  • Continuous improvement
  • Training

 

What skills and experience will you have for the Team Leader position?

  • A good understanding of people management
  • Knowledge of ELS tools
  • Engineering background
  • Product knowledge
  • Ability to work to own initiative
