Customer Service Administrator
Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm
Fri 8am to 1pm
Salary £24k to £28k DOE
To provide administrative support for a team Customer Account Managers
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator
Order Administration - sales order loading 
Quotation Administration - RFQ loading 
Other administration duties as required. 
Core Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator
Proficient in entering data accurately into MRP database. 
High competency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and priorities efficiency. 
Competent in Math and English 
Desirable Skills and Experience for the Customer Service Administrator
Experience in a manufacturing company environment. 
Experience of dealing directly with customers to resolve queries identified in paperwork
