What is the purpose of the Customer Service Administrator?

• Demonstrate safe behaviour at all times and ensure yourself and others in your working areas are safe and not exposed to significant risk.
• Provide world class levels of service to our clients customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Establish strong relationships and processes between Customers and our Client
• Drive improved performance based on measurable KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve communications and processes both internally and externally
• KPI reporting
• Data entry to support Customer Account Managers
 
What you will do as the Customer Service Administrator?

As the Customer Service Administrator you will report to Head of Customer Accounts.

• Order Administration - sales order loading
• Quotation Administration - RFQ loading
• Other administration duties as required.
 
What skills and experience will you have as a Customer Service Administrator?
 
• Proficient in entering data accurately into MRP database.
• High competency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure and priorities efficiency.
• Competent in Math and English
• High level of competency with Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel
• Self-starter able to work on own initiative
• Experience in a manufacturing company environment.
• Experience of dealing direct with customers to resolve queries identified in paperwork.
• Experienced in Aerospace industry or similar industry.(desirable)
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills for win-win outcomes.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
• Proactive change management experience
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel to support business reporting is essential to this role.
• Experience in the use of ERP systems and the engagement of teams in these systems for basic business management.
