Customer Service Administrator

What is the purpose of the Customer Service Administrator?
• To provide world class levels of service to our clients customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• To establish strong relationships and processes between Customers and our Client
• To drive improved performance based on measurable KPIs.
• To identify opportunities to improve communications and processes both internally and externally
• KPI reporting
• To provide data entry to support Customer Account Managers
• To demonstrate safe behaviour at all times and ensure yourself and others in your working areas are safe and not exposed to significant risk.
What you will do as the Customer Service Administrator?
• Order Administration - sales order loading
• Quotation Administration - RFQ loading
• Other administration duties as required.
What skills and experience will you have as a Customer Service Administrator?
• Proficient in entering data accurately into MRP database.
• High competency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure and priorities efficiency.
• Competent in Math and English
• High level of competency with Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel
• Self-starter able to work on own initiative
• Experience in a manufacturing company environment.
• Experience of dealing direct with customers to resolve queries identified in paperwork.
• Experienced in Aerospace industry or similar industry.(desirable)
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of effective negotiation and influencing skills for win-win outcomes.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
• Proactive change management experience
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel to support business reporting is essential to this role.
• Experience in the use of ERP systems and the engagement of teams in these systems for basic business management.
