The company

We are working exclusively with our client who provide call centre services for a variety of clients. Their UK call centre is staffed by highly skilled operators who can manage both inbound and outbound customer communication for your business in both English and French.

 

 

What is the purpose of the Customer Service Assistant?

Serves customers by determining requirements; answering enquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database. Liaising with key clients

 

 

What will you do as the Customer Service Assistant?

Answers enquiries by clarifying desired information

Resolving problems by clarifying issues

Implementing solutions

Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information

 

 

What skills and experience will you have as the Customer Service Assistant?

Must be fluent in French/both written and verbal

As this is phone based, you must be coherent and have a good telephone manner

A very high level of customer service

Able to communicate effectively to resolve any complaints from customers

Ability to be able to think on your feet
