What is the purpose of the Account Management Team Lead role?
As Account Management Team Lead, you will responsible for ensuring that world-class levels of customer service are provided at all times while also building lasting relationships and processes between customers and the customer account management team from quotation through to delivery.
What will be the responsibilities of the Account Management Team Lead?
  • Drive team performance based on measurable KPIs
  • Identify ways to improve both internal and external communication processes.
  • Drive sales growth with existing customers
  • Managing business critical key accounts
  • Enhance team performance through continuous improvement
  • Manage team with their own SMART objectives
  • Manage cross-functional communication across business development, supply chain, planning, IT, engineering, operations
  • Hold regular meetings and reviews with customers to set objectives, targets and new opportunities
  • Cost estimate, quote, bid management
  • Management and reporting of business objectives and forecasts
  • Export compliance and reporting
  • Escalation point for customer service within the business
  • Managing monthly demand cycle reporting
What skills and experience will the Account Management Team Lead have?
  • Experience in aerospace or similar
  • Experience in build to print and design to spec environments
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Change management experience
  • MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams in customer management environment
  • Import/Export compliance and management
  • Previous experience in fast-paced KPI led environment
  • Time management skills
  • Customer focused with excellent attention to detail.
