What is the purpose of the Forklift Driver?
Unloading deliveries of raw materials and backloading trailers with finished products.
 
What are the responsibilities of the Forklift Driver?

• Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products from incoming and outgoing vehicles/trucks
• Transport materials and products to designated areas in the warehouse or production facility
• Stack and organize materials and products in an efficient and safe manner
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with inventory management by accurately recording incoming and outgoing shipments

What are the qualifications and experience required for the Forklift Driver?

• Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role
• Valid forklift operator certification or license
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and practices
• Ability to operate different types of forklifts, such as sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
