Their accomplished and dedicated team of in house engineers provide design and production services enabling our skilled technicians to deliver finished products from inception, ‘value engineer’ existing products to reduce costs and efficiently manufacture mature products.
  
  
  
What is the purpose of the Junior Engineering Estimator?
This is a key new role within our expanding engineering estimating team. Familiarity of working in an engineering environment with previous estimating experience would be an advantage.
What will the Junior Engineering Estimator do?

• Interpret customer requirements and process map assembly drawings to component level. Produce and issue Quotations, incorporating labour and material costs in accordance with drawings.
• Maintain database content to ensure all manufacturing information is current.
• Contract review customer orders ensuring revision status, costings, pricing and delivery details are all correct prior to raising production documents.

  
What skills and experience will the Junior Engineering Estimator have?

• Be enthusiastic and keen to progress
• Able to communicate clearly at all levels, numerate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with engineering drawings, commercial business experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and be able to accurately input data into a manufacturing database.
• Have good time management skills, Flexible approach and able to problem solve.
