- Competence in soldering, assembly, PCB build, wiring operations.

- Experience in low volume, high product mix, build-to-print environments.

- ERP/Shop booking systems experience.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork.
- Accredited Quality Systems knowledge (ISO9001 or AS9100).
- Lean manufacturing or production techniques knowledge.
- Formal apprenticeship.
- Additional accreditations (e.g., trainer for IPC610/620 Jstd).
