North Devon based, with occasional International travel required.

What is the purpose of the Marketing Manager?
As the Marketing Manager, you will steer our client's brand into new heights within the upscale sector. Your expertise in Business-to-Business, high-end brand/product marketing will be pivotal in planning and executing promotions for their product range, services, and brand awareness. This role is tailor-made for a dynamic, creative individual who thrives on implementing innovative ideas to drive sales and enhance brand recognition for a forward-thinking company.

What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Manager?
  • Spearhead brand management and formulate global marketing plans
  • Oversee website management, SEO, PR, social media, events, and content
  • Produce insightful reports analyzing marketing and PR activities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR program both in the UK and overseas
  • Craft and execute marketing plans while controlling budgets
  • Coordinate and promote external and internal events
  • Managing our in-house marketing team of content and digital coordinators and external agencies when required
  • Potential for international travel, primarily to North America
What are the qualifications and experience required for the Marketing manager role?
  • B2B marketing and PR experience
  • Proven experience of High-end or Luxury brands
  • Proficiency in organic SEO strategies, WordPress, Google Analytics, and marketing-related software/apps
  • Strong copywriting skills, with a portfolio showcasing past work
  • Event organization and management experience
  • PR experience, engaging with top-tier media outlets
  • Ability to lead an in-house marketing team and work with external agencies
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, promotional events, and PR activities (approximately 4 times per year)
  • Knowledge of the interior design or architectural development sector would be desirable

  • Degree level in Marketing or a similar subject
  • Hold a valid UK Driving Licence and Passport
