Our Client is a prominent company, specializing in designing, building, and operating Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Turbine renewable energy systems throughout the United Kingdom. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, they are seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic planning team.
 
What is the purpose of the Planning & Environmental Project Manager
 
To support the existing Planning team, supporting the entire project development process. 
 
What will you do as the Planning & Environmental Project Manager?

• Assisting with planning applications, including planning research and site feasibility studies
• Creating plans and visuals to aid applications
• Reviewing identified sites for wind, pv and battery feasibility
• Site identification for possible wind and battery sites throughout the UK

What skills and experience will you have as the Planning & Environmental Project Manager?

• Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental or associated area
• ArcGIS and Auto CAD experience
• Methodical, accurate and process focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with Excel

      Additional useful skills:

• Renewable energy industry knowledge and experience, with a particular focus on wind energy 
• Associate membership of RTPI/ IEMA 
• Driving License
