We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our clients’ team as an Account Manager.

As the primary point of contact for clients and contractors within an  assigned territory, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships. What will  the responsibilities be of the Regional Account Manager?
  1. Project Management:
    • Oversee projects within your designated territory, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
    • Identify and address potential issues, finding proactive solutions to ensure project success.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, serving as a trusted advisor.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  3. Enthusiasm:
    • Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the team and client interactions.
    • Demonstrate a genuine passion for the services offered and an eagerness to share that enthusiasm with clients.
  4. Accuracy and Deadline Adherence:
    • Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate.
    • Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
What skills and qualifications will the Regional Account Manager have?
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.  If you are from hospitality or retail we would be keen to hear from you.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
