Sales Administrator
37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Fridays 8.30am - 4.30pm

We have a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding manufacturing business in Torrington. You will have a willingness to learn the company products to enable you to answer customer queries. You will have strong attention to detail when working in a friendly yet busy team.

Your main duties will include:
Processing customer orders
Ensure orders are checked and correct to customer order requirements
Ensure pricing agreements are applied to customer orders
Telephone answering
Dealing with customers’ queries and complaints
Processing returns
Preparation of quotations
Maintenance of our customer database
Liaising with the factory to monitor order progress

To be successful in this role you must have good literacy, numeracy, administration, communication and IT skills
