What are the responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive?
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences regarding car purchase.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of various car models to potential customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers during the process.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the dealership and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer information, including personal details, financial information, and trade-in vehicles, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest car models, features, and industry trends, ensuring customers receive accurate and relevant information.
- Proven track record in car sales or a sales-oriented role (preferably in the automotive industry), exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Sound knowledge of automotive products, including specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Proficient in using sales tools and systems, such as CRM software and other sales technologies.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
