The company
An established and experienced provider of sheep skins and fleeces. This is an expanding and a growing company whose product is used in a wide range of industries ranging from home furnishings through to clothing market.   
 
What is the purpose of the role?

Treating sheep fleeces/skins by applying salt solution to dry out the skin/fleece and preparing for drying process before being stored for onward passage.

Adhering to all quality and Health & Safety policies and regulations
 
What will you do?

• Apply salt solution to sheep skins for the drying process

• Clean fleece of any defects or impurities

• Fold and store fleece/skins once dried for onward transport

 
What skills and experience will you have?

• Experience in a production/warehouse environment but not essential 

• Working within a team setting 

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Work to targets

• Be aware that the role involves some lifting although not overly heavy
