Our client is a market leader in design, build, and operate Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Turbine renewable energy systems throughout the United Kingdom.
 
As a Planning and Environmental Project Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Assisting the team with planning applications.
• Assisting the team with planning research and site feasibility studies.
• Assisting with preparation of plans and visuals to aid the planning teams activity.
• Reviewing identified sites for wind, PV and battery feasibility.
• Site identification for possible wind and battery sites throughout the UK.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental or associated area
• Experience using ArcGIS & Auto CAD
• Methodical, accurate and process focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with Excel

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Renewable energy industry knowledge and experience, with a particular focus on wind energy
• Associate membership of RTPI/ IEMA useful
• Driving License
