Friday 08.00am - 12.00pm
 
Key responsibilities: Pre Set Operator
The main purpose of this role is to complete production processes within the required times to the correct quality, working in a team in a co-operative and collaborative manner.
 
Essential Functions: Pre Set Operator

• Employ production systems & methods (EBS, ELSS)
• Carry out / operate required production process
• Ensure correct settings and measurements are maintained
• Achieve required throughput and takt rates
• Ensure consistent quality standards are maintained
• Seek and constantly improve personal performance and workplace / team achievements
• Identify and solve problems
• Required to undertake other activities of a similar nature

Experience Required: Pre Set operator

• Industrial and factory working
• Knowledge of measurement techniques is advantageous
• Experience of working in a role requiring dexterity also advantageous
• Key foundation skills in numeracy and literacy
