What is the purpose of the Quality Systems Lead role?

The Quality Systems Lead will oversee all aspects on the quality management system, acting as a deputy for the Quality Assurance Manager in case of absence.  You will be responsible for ensuring all work completed complies with customer specifications, company policy and international standards

 

What will the Quality Systems Lead do?

  • Update all internal quality audit programs
  • Build and complete external/internal customer and regulator quality audit visits
  • Manage and create internal document processes
  • Attend weekly corrective action review meetings
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues
  • Prepare and present monthly reports

 

What skills and experience will the Quality Systems Lead have?

  • 2 years’ experience in similar industry
  • ISO9001 experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Microsoft office product skills (Word, Excel etc)
  • Audit experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • AS9100 & NADCAP would be advantageous
