Preferred Requirements:
- Perform preventive maintenance on all site assets and systems to ensure optimal performance
- Quickly respond to breakdowns, diagnose the issue, and repair in an efficient and timely manner
- Recommend and implement upgrades to existing equipment to improve efficiency, safety, or energy consumption
- Provide technical support and advice to operators and other personnel on safe equipment use and maintenance
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, with additional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) as a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with specific industry experience preferred (e.g., manufacturing, utilities)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools, and hand tools, as well as strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
